Return Policy
Refund & Replacement Policies
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving yours.
Items on sale are non-refundable.
Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been delivered or attempted to be delivered. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that is lost in transit.
We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
Note: Wow Needed will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES:
Wow Needed will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered.
Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re- label, and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost.
Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total...so please be careful on the information that you provide. If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.
Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of order placement. Send us an email within 1 hour and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 1 hour window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reasons. Please note that your refund will not include any promotions or discounts applied to your order. There is a 15% restocking fee for orders that is not yet being marked fulfilled to cover up the processing fee from our payment processor.
All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 24 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement or refund.
Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement. Want Amazing reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact
